	Can't Give Up	2022/09/10	A+	S	This Hiori is a powerful Grade Fes support for Vocal because of her access to Room Mastery lv6 and Stamina Mastery Vocal lv4, even at lb0. This combination of masteries allows you to visit the vocal room more often while also having a pretty decent chance of landing a free level-up at some point in the run, especially if you farm good vocal room EX skills for her to equip. This ability is especially strong in STEP, where rooms have a higher max level cap and require a set amount of room exp to level up, as opposed to the purely RNG level-ups in older modes. As a result, Hiori is less good (but still quite decent) for GRAD idol building, where S-SSR3 Amana is the preferred permanent visual token for Vocal teams. On the WING side of things, her 2-star passive is a 70% buff that can be reliably activated in every WING audition (especially if you use Attention UP appeals), with the drawback of it only having a 10% chance to activate, while her Radio Mastery mental, as small as it is, is also appreciated in the early stages of WING runs. Overall, she is a very solid 2022-era support.
	Seisai Traveling	2021/11/10	A+	A (S for Vocal Houkago)	S-SSR7 Chiyoko is the premier perm Me token for Vocal teams producing idols in GRAD, especially for teams that run Houkago Climax Girls, or just Attention UP synergies in general. Providing a healthy mix of main stat, SP and stamina in her masteries, she is somewhat of a jack of all trades, master of none in Grade fes team-building unless you run Vocal Houkago Climax Girls that is, then her 4-star appeal lets you speed up your linked memory appeal by two turns In WING, however, she fares a bit better as a general-purpose support due to her 4-star appeal which has a 3.5x multiplier that is still pretty uncommon in event and permanent supports, even if they're appearing more frequently in recent months,Having an appeal of this strength on your produce idol will help greatly if you wish to defeat the Natsuha AI in the WING finals, and maybe even the "Utahime Rakuen" audition, though it will still require a hefty vocal stat investment to succeed in the latter audition, especially in Master mode.
	Rinze Yuumachi Monogatari	2019/02/18	SS	B+	S-SSR2 is primarily a WING support, where there's two main reasons to run her. The first is her Radio Mastery Stamina, which lets you build Mental and fans quicker in the early stages of WING, but her real selling point is her Audition Mastery Vo, which at lb3, gives you 16 vocal for free for every audition you win. If you do full auditions in season 3, this quickly adds up to a whopping 124 additional Vocal over the course of the eight weeks on season 3, but even at lb0, she gains a respectable 48 vocal over the 8-week period. That is not to say that she is completely useless in Grade Fes builds though. There, she has one niche purpose; to provide Stamina Mastery Radio when building your Leader idol in STEP, helping you hit total Mental thresholds for certain passives. Its a relatively small and insignificant niche in the grand scheme of things, but its still a relevant niche nevertheless.
